CRN editors select the Women of the Channel honorees based on their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise and ongoing dedication to the IT channel.
“These extraordinary executives support every aspect of the channel ecosystem, from technical innovation to marketing to business development, working tirelessly to keep the channel moving into the future,” said Robert Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company. “They are creating and elevating channel partner programs, developing fresh go-to-market strategies, strengthening the channel’s network of partnerships and building creative new IT solutions, among many other contributions. We congratulate all the 2017 Women of the Channel on their stellar accomplishments and look forward to their future success.”
In her role, Conway is responsible for setting the company’s worldwide marketing strategy and executing corporate, product and channel marketing activities to position Digium as a leader in the telecommunications industry. Conway’s leadership has been instrumental in the success of expanding Digium’s partner program through the recruitment of new VARs, Agents and MSPs. Over the last year, she provided channel partners with customer enablement tools, ranging from a new customer onboarding program to an expanded line of product and user training videos. Additionally, Conway’s team launched a family of Digium color IP phones including the flagship D80, the industry’s first affordable HD touchscreen phone. The D80 provides Digium partners with the opportunity to offer their customers a modern reinvention of the telephone, and revolutionizes the way users interact with their Switchvox and Asterisk phone systems through an intuitive and innovative touch-driven interface.
“I am honored to be included in the 2017 Women of the Channel list and would like to recognize the Digium marketing team for their efforts supporting our marketing programs and channel partners,” Conway said. “I’m fortunate to work with a great team and thankful to support our partners who make our channel program a success.”
Digium’s 5-Star Partner Program provides opportunities for partners to sell the full line of Digium’s on-premise and cloud-based Switchvox® Unified Communications solutions or build custom communications solutions with Asterisk, the world’s most popular open source telephony software. Partners also can sell Digium IP phones, gateways and telephony cards, all of which are designed to build custom communications solutions. The program features multiple levels geared toward a partner’s capabilities and business model, with incentives, benefits, training, certification and marketing promotions designed to help authorized Digium partners gain a competitive advantage in today’s growing VoIP and business phone market.
