Warranty and Return Policy
New Sangoma A-Series hardware* comes with a lifetime warranty for replacement and repair from the date of purchase. We rigorously test all cards to ensure our customers always receive the highest quality products.
The lifetime warranty program includes a no questions asked 30-day money back guarantee, Sangoma's renowned free technical support, and free replacement in the unlikely event of a defect.
IMPORTANT - To qualify for the lifetime warranty, the end user must:
- Be the original registrant of this product online at:
http://www.sangoma.com/support/warranty_and_return_policy/register_product.html - Be the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an Empowered by Sangoma partner.
Look for companies proudly displaying an Empowered by Sangoma trademark, as shown below:


Please keep a copy of your online product registration form, proof of purchase and your warranty card in a safe place.
If you believe you have a defective card, first contact our Technical Support at or call 1 905 474 1990 (international direct).
If the card is defective, Sangoma will issue an RMA for repair or replacement.
The following information is needed to issue an RMA:
- Serial number of all defective items
- Customer name
- Name of Company or Organization
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Product name
- Quantity of items being returned
If you are an end user, this information should match your product registration.
The warranty applies to the original registrant only.
If your product has not been registered under the lifetime warranty Sangoma will be unable to issue an RMA.
For Returns Under Warranty (Repair and Replacement)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept RMA shipments via UPS Ground. Such shipments will be refused and returned.
IMPORTANT: Product not packaged properly to prevent damage on return shipment will be void of warranty. If you are unsure how to pack the product to prevent damage, please contact .
To ensure your RMA is processed efficiently:
- All packages must have the RMA number marked on the outside of any and all boxes.
- The item serial number of the return must match the serial number as printed on the RMA.
- Do not return items other than what is listed on the issued RMA.
- Sangoma will replace or repair defective items at its discretion.
- Repaired/Replaced items will be shipped back to the sender within a two-week period.
- To cross-ship an item we need a credit card number
- In the event an item has been cross-shipped, the defective card must be returned to our offices within twenty (20) days of the shipment of the replacement. If it is not, we will have to charge your account.
Returning for Credit
- All credits issued are subject to Sangoma Technologies approval.
- Freight and insurance are non-refundable.
- All parts (including manuals, cables and CD-ROM, etc.) must be returned within 30 days of RMA issue.
- Parts must be sent back complete and in original packaging. Any parts sent back incomplete or physically damaged will be deducted from credit or rejected.
- We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee at Sangoma's discretion.

If a customer has any questions concerning an RMA or RMA procedure, please email and include your serial numbers with your inquiry.
- A registrant is defined as a specific person, regardless of their company of employ.
- The warranty remains in effect only if the product is used as intended in normal operating conditions.
- If the product is no longer available at the time the warranty is claimed, Sangoma may, at its sole discretion, propose an alternative product in replacement for the defective product or attempt to repair the original product to the best of our ability.
